There are many phrases that could be used to describe Parkview Christian Church. Words such as: independent, non-denominational, and autonomous to name a few. Although they are accurate in their descriptions, they can be confusing as well.
A simple description would be that Parkview Christian Church is a community of believers in God who look to the Bible for instruction on how to live life with God, with His church and with the community around us. Below are some key references to scripture from which we receive our identity.

that Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God who died for our sins and arose from the dead. (1 Corinthians 15:1-8)
that the Bible is the inspired word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16)
that every person has worth as a creation of God, but that all have sinned and fallen short of what God desires for us. (Romans 3:23)
that forgiveness of sin and the promise of eternal life are available to those who trust in God and his son Jesus as Savior and Lord. (John 3:16)
