Fruitcake: Finding the Fruit in Christmas
December 1st to December 24rh
The annual battle has begun. How do we keep Christ as the center of our Christmas celebration?
Christmas time it so very hectic. There is decorating to do, shopping to finish
family to visit, oh and don't forget Jesus, he is the reason for the season. Reality check says
Jesus is lucky if he even gets a corner in our Christmas festivities. How about a different approach?
In Galatians 5:22-23 Paul writes about the fruit of the Spirit. What if we decided to base our
Christmas around living the fruit? But what would that look like? Maybe we could find out if we found the
fruit in the true story of Christmas.

Dragon Slayer
October 9, 2022 to November 27, 2022
We have spent this entire year talking relationships. What we have discovered is they come in all shapes and sizes.
We have a relationship with ourselves, relationships with others, and we have a relationship with God. We try to
hide from our relationships and in our relationships. And often in our God focused relationship there is doubt.
There is still one more relationship aspect we have yet to discuss. It’s the relationship that impacts all other
relationships. It’s the battle we fight and often lose. It is our relationship with SIN. Sin is the mighty dragon
that wreaks havoc on all our relationships. We try our best to live with it, but really, maybe it’s time to slay it.

Doubters Welcomed
August 21, 2022 to October 2, 2022
Doubters Welcome: TGTBT in texteese means "To Good to be True". In normal speech we can sum it in one word; Doubt.
Ironically doubt in the church is treated like the unpardonable sin. However, in the ministry of Jesus we meet many
doubters. Jesus did not slam the door or them. They became belivers and viable parts of the story.
Jesus did not codemn the doubter he welcomed them doubts and all.

The Many Masks of Gideon
July 3, 2022 to August 14, 2022
We love Old Testament heros. Of course some of the people we paint as heroes are really just ordinary people that got caught up in God's extrodinary plan.
Gideon is one of those people. Gideon was not a hero. In fact his story has a somewhat tragic ending. Because he was just an ordinary person there is
much we can learn about ourselves and our relationship with God by taking an indepth look at this man's life.

Building the Incredible Family
May 1 2022 to June 19, 2022
Building the Incredible Family: This is a double edged sermon series. First it is absolutely a series focused on
how to build a God centered Family. However, it also is a churchwide concept as we the church are the family of
God. Thus many of the same principles can be applied.

Easter 2022
April 17, 2022
How many times have you heard the "Easter Story"? Growing up in church means you are pretty much guaranteed to hear it at least on time a year.
That does not even count all the tie ins done from other sermons and all the Sunday School Lessons taught. Here is the thing, I think the story has
become white noise. Honestly we have heard it so many times that the moment somebody begins to tell it again our attention moves to something else.
The question is how do I again become inspired by Easter. The answer is simple in can't just be a story, it has to be a relationship. It can't just
be about the facts, it has to be something you believe. It can't just be something you are told, you have to live it.
